On next 31st of December Redangel’s club is going to close.

As the end of this year approaches, and with it the closing of an important chapter on December 31st, I feel the need to pause and reflect on what these past ten years have meant to me. From October 2015 until today, this place has been far more than a workplace. It has been a home. A refuge. A family I chose and that, in many ways, chose me back.

When I first stepped into this adventure, I was going through a difficult moment in my personal life. I was fragile, uncertain, and searching for something that could help me breathe again. I never imagined that this job – this world, this community – would become such a powerful source of strength. It supported me in ways I could never have predicted, helping me rebuild myself piece by piece. It gave me purpose, stability, and a sense of belonging that I desperately needed.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible women who made every shift lighter, every challenge easier, and every day brighter. Renee, Oceana, Lolita, Lidia, and Caelan – your names are just a few among many, but they shine in my memory like warm lights in a long corridor of moments shared. You have been companions, confidantes, and friends in the truest sense of the word.

When I read the management team’s farewell message, I felt my eyes fill with tears. Not out of sadness alone, but out of gratitude. Gratitude for everything we built together, for every laugh, every conversation, every night spent creating memories in one of the most beautiful clubs in Second Life. Gratitude for the people who walked through those virtual doors and made this place come alive – the customers, the regulars, the curious visitors who became familiar faces over time.

It’s never easy to say goodbye to something that has shaped you so deeply. But life teaches us that even the most beautiful stories eventually reach their final page. What matters is the imprint they leave behind – and this one has left a mark on me that I will carry forever.

To all my friends, to all the wonderful people I’ve met along the way, and to every single customer who has supported us through these long, unforgettable years: thank you. Thank you for your kindness, your presence, your loyalty, and the countless moments that made this journey extraordinary.

This is not just the end of an activity. It is the closing of a decade of my life – a decade filled with growth, emotion, and connection. And while the doors may close, the memories remain open, vivid, and alive.

With all my affection,
Lorella
